Synopsis
Sophia’s mother has died. After finding an old photo, the 28-year-old is suddenly transported to the 1990s town of Belmor, where she becomes her mother’s best friend. As layoffs, abuse, and poverty threaten the town, Sophia sells scrap steel to survive and helps bring a failing mine back to life. Then she discovers the mine “accident” that changed her mother’s life was actually planned. Now Sophia must decide: can she change the past and save her mother’s future?
