Synopsis

Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Louisa. She came from a rich family and loved her father, Samuel, very much. But when she fell deeply in love with a man named Edward, she left her father’s side to marry him—even though it broke Samuel’s heart. Sadly, Edward wasn’t the good man Louisa thought he was. He began a secret affair with his sister-in-law, Eva, and together, they treated Louisa cruelly, taking advantage of her kindness and trust. Meanwhile, Samuel missed his daughter terribly and longed to make things right. He reached out, hoping to reconnect. But Edward, wanting to keep Louisa under his control, told a terrible lie: he said Louisa had died while giving birth to their child. Samuel was heartbroken—but deep down, something felt off. The story didn’t add up. Could a father’s love really be fooled so easily? Or did Samuel suspect the truth all along, grieving not just for his daughter, but for the betrayal that kept her hidden from him? The question lingered: *Did Samuel truly believe Edward’s lie… or did he choose to grieve in silence, knowing the awful truth?*
