Synopsis
Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Emma who lived happily in the Celestial Realm—a magical place high above the clouds, ruled by her own father, the Celestial Emperor. But one day, Emma made a mistake, and her father, bound by law, had no choice but to banish her to the mortal world as punishment. To earn her way back home and become an immortal again, she was given a task: protect her parents—especially her mother—and keep them safe and at peace for their entire lives. Since her father was the Emperor, Emma thought this would be easy. After all, who would dare harm the royal family? But soon, trouble began. A jealous Noble Consort spread lies about Emma and her mother, turning the Emperor’s heart against them. Before long, Emma and her mother were thrown out of the palace—homeless, helpless, and wandering the cold streets like common beggars. Worse still, evil officials inside the court were secretly working with enemy invaders, plotting to assassinate the Emperor and seize power.
