Lesley Stahl goes to Iraq to report on the sources of conflict that could erupt once the U.S. withdraws; Also Kenneth Feinberg. Just in case you don't know who this is, Feinberg is the man who was in charge of the victims' of 9/11 compensation fund, Agent Orange compensation and most recently the BP oil spill.
