Bron comes to a shocking realisation about herself when she treats a man who has failed in a suicide attempt. After discovering Ben has been going to sperm bank, Steph thinks he is obsessed with becoming a father but delivering a baby helps her understand his desperation. Meanwhile, Von is puzzled by the mysterious behaviour of one of the patients in her care and Jared accuses Bron of stealing the rent money.
