The gravity of the situation hits home for an opportunist forced to come clean when investigators foil his attempted fraud, and an insurer is faced with a case of a mysterious passenger when they discover that the one of the claimants following a suspicious car crash wasn't even in the car. It's back to basics for one would-be insurance fraudster who induces a collision with a bus, despite not even being insured at the time, and there is the story of the doctor who lost everything following a greedy scam billing insurers for medical treatment that was never carried out.
