Insurers turn to undercover filming to get to the bottom of a suspicious personal injury claim, a scam to cash in on a mobile phone lost in a toilet goes down the pan and social media is the undoing of an opportunist as he boxes himself into a corner. An audacious claim for compensation ends up costing one man a lot more than he bargained for when CCTV shows what really happened, and in the USA a missing person investigation turns out to be an elaborate fake death scam to cash in on a life insurance policy.
