A woman's attempt to exaggerate a personal injury claim shows why the UK is the 'whipcash' capital of Europe, and a perpetual claimer is left out in the cold when he claims his fridge freezer is broken one too many times. The insurance fraud enforcement department returns to haunt a greedy ghost broker.
