West Covina Officers make contact with a suspicious person who questions whether they are 'the real police.' The man takes off running, and after a brief struggle, the suspect is tased to gain compliance. A black Mercedes that fled in Stockton, CA is found parked at an elementary school, and the driver has an excuse for everything. A Sedgwick County, KS Deputy finds meth in a purse during a traffic stop. The driver initially admits it's his, but his 'final answer' puts the blame on his wife.
