Tracy is thrilled when Mark Jackson asks to listen to some of her tapes. Andy is taken on at Bettabuy, sweeping up. Jim shouts at Alec, accusing him of humiliating Liz. Alec snaps and calls Jim a stupid Irishman. Jim insults Raquel causing Des to have a go at him. Alec throws Jim out of the Rovers.
