Is it possible that humans who are contacted by ETs and UFOs on Earth are actually hybrid beings? Retired Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) agent Richard Doty shares his first-hand experiences of the Monarch Park Incident in Colorado and specifically with the contactee, Julie. Not only did she make contact with humanoid beings and their saucer craft, but these ETs also communicated with Julie telepathically and gave her a gift of unknown materials. After the incident, Julie worked with the AFOSI who’s DNA testing revealed that she herself might not be fully human.
