Aled Jones helps a couple escape suburban Enfield for a slice of the good life in rural Essex. With a maximum budget of £400,000, the couple have a long wish list. They are seeking a detached property with bags of character, rural views, a big country kitchen and an equally big garden to create a veggie plot. Can they achieve all this within budget so close to the capital?
