Jules Hudson is helping a couple and their cats leave suburbia behind and start a new life in the countryside. They want to move to Kent or East Sussex and have a very healthy budget of £800,000. For that, they want a spacious three- or four-bedroom house with a utility room and a study. Above all, they want a garden large enough to accommodate a vegetable patch.
