Nicki Chapman helps a couple relocate from south Wales to north Wales, with a job promotion the driving factor. On a budget of £300,000 they need a three-bedroom detached house with a large kitchen and separate dining room. A garden big enough for a vegetable patch and a conservatory are also high on their wish list.
