Ginny Buckley is helping a couple, with a £450,000 property budget, who want to up sticks from Hertfordshire to make a new life in the Northamptonshire countryside, closer to their family. The county was once the epicentre of footwear manufacturing, so whilst there, Ginny gets her foot in the door of a sixth generation bespoke bootmaker.
