Alistair Appleton helps a house-hunting couple find a country home with their £700,000 budget and get back to nature in Buckinghamshire. While in the area, Alistair visits an entrepreneurial snail farm which produces high-end snail caviar, where he samples this unusual gastronomic delicacy.
