Samm and her husband Chris have always loved doing DIY projects on their own home, so they decided to flip a house. They were able to find a condo instead and thought starting smaller would be a good idea. While the square footage may be less, this condo hasn't been touched since 1970 and everything needs to be updated. Troubles with the HOA and disagreements over their budget may make this first flip a flop.
