Tarek and Christina get a lead on a home in Riverside, California, with a massive backyard. It has great views and room to create a pool and outdoor living area fit for a five-star resort. The potential is there to make this the biggest backyard transformation they've ever done, but it won't come cheaply and they risk spending more than they can get back. Can Tarek and Christina create and reap the rewards of a resort-style backyard or could rising costs threaten to sink this backyard staycation dream home?
