Gang: Traveling Vice Lords (People Nation) Memphis, Tennessee is a battle ground and the Traveling Vice Lords are at the forefront of the chaos. Known on the streets as the TVL's, the gang is 500 strong and rules the "River City" with an iron fist. Now, with their notorious leader Charles "Country" Thompson behind bars, the TVL's are spiraling out of control - and the city of Memphis is paying the price.
