A patient who has lost her voice comes into the surgery, and doctors treat a young man who is struggling with mental health issues. After an attempted overdose, he is in desperate need of help. Other patients include a man with a worrying lump on his head that will not go away, and an elderly woman who suffers from restless leg syndrome.
