To prepare financially, they sold their previous home and have been living in an RV to save up a substantial down payment for what they hope will be their forever home. Now, with cash in hand, they have reached an impasse. She is ready to enjoy the fruits of their sacrifice and wants a home that is big and luxurious. He, on the other hand, believes their time in the RV proved they can live modestly and is advocating for a smaller, less extravagant property.
