Newlyweds from the Hawaiian island of Oahu move to Virginia Beach, where they look for a home that has a man cave for him and a brick exterior for her. They are also interested in proximity to the ocean, a formal dining area and a large kitchen with updated appliances. They are completely opposed to buying a ranch house.
