After renting for several years on the Outer Banks, a couple is ready to purchase their first home together in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. He loves surfing, and she enjoys hiking, and the town offers easy access to both the ocean and nature preserves. They're looking for a home with enough storage space for watersports equipment as well as outdoor space for their pets.
