The first dish is Spicy Skewered Meatballs with Rosemary Flatbread and Beetroot Salad which everybody gets to make. Anna then makes a Vietnamese Duck Curry With Lychees and Cucumber Salad, and the last dish is a dessert made by George called a Three Flavours Of Granita.
