As finale week continued, the Top 6 learned the leaderboard was gone, putting everyone on equal footing. By episode’s end, one would go straight to the final and two would go home. A giant Mystery Box with a conveyor belt revealed 30 ingredients, from which each chefling could choose up to five. Greta shone again, winning with her baked salmon and earning an advantage for the Thai‑themed Invention Test: a five‑minute head start and the power to choose the core ingredient. Much to everyone’s dismay, she chose duck — and it paid off, as her duck laab secured her a place in the Top 2. Harry, Jack and Zac impressed enough to reach the semifinals, while Alysha and Indigo fell short.
