The process of fattening chickens is investigated by keeping chickens themselves. Discussed are the quality of chicken meat, the poultry industry and the NEPLUVI (Dutch Poultry Processing Industry Association), the ingredients of McDonald's chicken nuggets (fried chicken meat) that are being investigated by the Consumers' Association, the difference between free-range and battery chickens, the origin of French free-range chicken meat that must come from Loué according to the label and the living conditions of broilers.
