When Michelle and Brandon bought this heritage home six years ago, they were real estate investors hoping to turn a fixer upper into a fast buck. But before they could sell their newly renovated nest egg, Michelle fell in love with the place,thanks in large part to their Italian neighbors, Nono and Nona. Michelle and Brandon adore the couple and consider them part of the family, but they have different feelings about the house, especially now that they have a two year old and another baby on the way. With little time left to decide what's best for their growing family, Michelle and Brandon are wondering what to do next. Here to help them out are designer Jillian and realtor Todd. Jillian and her team will create more living space with a clever renovation. While Todd believes it's time to climb the property ladder and simply buy a bigger home. In the end, will they love it or list it?
