While Meg and Neal love their neighborhood, Meg wants their house to take a hike. With one son in college and the second soon to follow, Meg sees an opportunity to downsize. Do Designer Jillian's remodeling plans stand a fighting chance opposite Realtor Todd's epic strategy of move-in-ready?
