The nutty professor is on a quest to ""acquire"" all rare BattleChips from those he deems unworthy. His target... Yai. Using his NetNavi, NumberMan, Higsby takes over the school's control system and locks Yai, Ms. Mari, Dex, and Maylu in their classroom, then stages a lopsided NetBattle to obtain his precious prizes. Locked outside, Lan must find a way to send MegaMan to the rescue... before it's too late!
