MXC presents the battle between the people who prevent stinkers against the drawers with pen-and-inkers when the hygiene industry challenges the comic book industry. Also, Vic turns Kenny's unsuccessful Oral-Facializer into the even more unsuccessful Man-Ipulator, and we see the adventures of Megaphone Man when he goes into the lair of the evil doctor Medula Oblongata.
