Elpida, which participates in the new experimental treatment, dies. Dr. Kiritsis tries to convince Papadimitriou and the sorority members to volunteer in the new drug to set an example to the others. The results of the new drug seem promising. Maria asks to volunteer. Kroustalaki sees Dr. Kyritsis visiting Maria's house and pours poison for another time. In Neapoli, Antonis understands the love affair of Anna and Manolis. Anna announces to the Vandoulakis family that she is pregnant.
