With just weeks to go until the start of London 2012, this programme examines some of the Games' surprising winners and losers. Pas-de-Calais in northern France has hosted 248 national Olympic teams because of its proximity to London, while thousands of landlords in the capital cannot let out their homes because of an Olympic property glut.
