Then, it’s time for the first ever Top Chef Canada Gala Fundraiser. The Chefs are challenged with preparing 225 servings of the perfect hors d’oeuvre for over 150 guests at this exciting event to support a not-for-profit that gives back to the hospitality and restaurant industry.
