In Bradford, officers from the West Yorkshire Safer Roads team pursue a desperate and disqualified driver through the city streets, while a member of the public is forced into making a citizen's arrest when another banned motorist attempts to flee the scene of a crash. In York, a pensioner is knocked down in a hit-and-run incident and an urgent search for the culprit gets under way.
